The project must be located within Ghana’s boundaries.
The Project Promoter needs to be pro-active and fully co-operate with Consultant and partners.
Requests will be considered from Promoters for projects or businesses that are in start-up stages or expansion stages.
Requests for financing must show contributions to the economic growth in Ghana. This would include, but is not limited to, job creation and/or job maintenance.
The Project Promoter and/or entity must repay the amount of financing obtained.
There must be a huge market for the project.
Audited financial statements for the last three years must be made available.
A strong management team with experienced team leader is essential.
A transparent shareholding structure.
Equity will be required.
The Project Promoter will be required to pay fees and insurance associated with the financing.
A Registration Fee (RF), Commitment Retainer Fee (CRF) and a Success Fee (SF) will be charged.
The Project Promoter and entity wishing to receive financing is required to obtain and comply with all applicable permits and license requirements.
The Project Promoter and entity receiving financing shall not unlawfully discriminate against any individual seeking employment or already employed because of sex, race, color, ancestry, religious creed, national origin, physical disability, medical condition, age, marital status or any other arbitrary basis.
Whenever possible, all information is maintained as strictly confidential.
If at any time during the term of financing process, it is discovered that a promoter is willfully out of compliance with any of these conditions, the financier/investor may require payment of any outstanding balances within ninety (90) days of the discovery of non-compliance.
